Jimmy Choo Competition Supports HIV Awareness‏

Jimmy Choo and Elton John AIDS Foundation have launched a photo competition to support the launch of Project PEP, a charity collection including shoes, bags, and other accessories that donates 25% of sales to the Simelela Rape Centre in South Africa. The money goes towards providing the HIV-preventative treatment PEP (which must be taken within 72 hours of exposure to HIV) and counseling rape victims in South Africa, which has the highest count of rape in the world.

Enter the photo competition, You, Your Shoes, and 72 and you could win the grand prize which includes spending a day of luxury at the Jimmy Choo headquarters and choosing seven pairs of shoes and two handbags. Over 100 additional Jimmy Choo prizes will be awarded.

The overall closing date of the competition is December 7th, 2009 at 2 pm GMT. The overall winner will be announced 72 hours after this date, on December 10th.
