Wearable Makeup with Sheer Washes of Color

Luxury British brand, Burberry, is jumping into the cosmetics game and launching a color collection in July.

Although the company is joining a growing list of high fashion labels with cosmetic collections like Chanel and Dior, Burberry is forging its own niche in the market.

Instead of updating products seasonally, Burberry plans to start with 100 classic items for the face, lips, cheeks, and eyes. Once the line is established, the company will introduce novelties when the time is right.

This strategy mirrors Burberry’s clothing collection including the iconic trenchoat which can be worn anywhere and at any time (of course, it never goes out of style).

The one-of-a-kind necklace was made for Louis by his stepsister, Sunny James, to represent all of the kids in their family. Could this be the start of a new trend: jewelry for celeb newborns?
