Nothing says the New Year like psychic predictions.

One of my favorites for this year is Toronto psychic, Nikki’s prediction that Michelle Obama will bring a baby (or two!) to the White House.

Of course, there’s also the possibility a 500-pound salmon will be discovered in British Columbia (good news for you Lox and cream cheese fans.).

If you’re looking for beauty predictions, here are three hot looks that showed up at New York Fashion Week (last September), which is a strong predictor of what you’ll be wearing during the warm, sunny days of spring.

Fruity Lips

Runway models for Marc Jacobs and Diane Von Furstenburg wore fruity shades of cantaloupe and watermelon so expect to see coral tones and vivid pink in different textures for lips from matte to shiny.
