Royal Denim on Tour
Her Royal Highness, the Duchess of Cambridge (aka Kate Middleton) made a huge splash during her recent tour in Canada and the U.S.
She may have even started a new fashion trend in Canada for red fascinators, and was also able to go shoulder to shoulder on the Hollywood red carpet during the Royal’s stop in L.A.
At a party thrown by the Los Angeles branch of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), the Duchess easily stood out in a lavender Alexander McQueen dress next to well-dressed celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Reese Witherspoon.
One of the fashion pieces that caught everyone’s eye on the tour was the pair of skinny jeans the Duchess wore during the Canadian tour. The J Brand 811 mid-rise skinny leg jeans, which retail for about $169, are fitted from hip to ankle with a slightly higher rise, and are the perfect classic jeans whether worn with flats or heels.
The Duchess loves her skinny jeans so much she wore them on these three occasions:
