Brow Grooming 101
If you’ve overplucked your brows or don’t know how shape them, here are a few brow grooming steps to get you started.
Step 1: Using a soft eyebrow pencil in a shade lighter than your hair color, fill in gaps by drawing short, feathery lines in the direction the hair grows.
Step 2: Using an angled eyebrow brush, apply eyeshadow in a similar color to soften and blend the pencil lines you’ve drawn in.
- To achieve the perfect color, you may want to use two colors of eyeshadow: a lighter shade where brows are thick and a dark shade for the ends.
- To glam it up, use a darker shade.
Step 3: Apply clear brow grooming gel to define your brows and keep them in place or spritz hairspray on your finger and brush onto your brows.
