San Francisco Collection by OPI

The bad news is that summer is almost over. The good news is that there’s plenty of fall makeup and nail collections to take a look at.

OPI’s Fall 2013 collection, which has recently launched, is inspired by everything San Francisco. If you’re lucky enough to have visited San Francisco, you know what a scenic city this is.

The San Francisco Collection by OPI includes warm earthy shades, striking greys, and rich blues inspired by the city’s sea and sky. The collection contains 12 traditional nail polish shades and three liquid sand colours.

Some of the catchy colours in the collection include First Date at the Golden Gate which is a shimmering ruby red, while the bay area of the collection is represented by Wharf! Wharf! Wharf! which is a matte blue liquid sand.

When you think of the history of San Francisco, the groovy hippie days of Haight-Ashbury come to mind. This special time and place is represented by Peace, Love, and OPI which is a far out sage and eggplant shade.

Here are all the shades in the collection:

Alcatraz… Rocks!: Multi-color glitter on grey liquid sand
A-Piers To Be Tan: Chocolate tan cream
Dining Al Frisco: Fresh air-blue shimmer
Embarca-Dare Ya!: Magenta pink with gold shimmer
First Date At The Golden Gate: Shimmery ruby red
Haven’t The Foggiest: Metallic grey
I Knead Sour-Dough: Warm brown cream
In The Cable Car-Pool Lane: Rich burgundy cream
Incognito in Sausalito: Nearly-black blue
It’s All San Andrea’s Fault: Earthy taupe liquid sand
Keeping Suzi At Bay: Navy blue cream
Lost On Lombard: Garnet red cream
Muir Muir On The Wall: Deep plum
Peace & Love & OPI: Holographic sage green and eggplant purple
Wharf! Wharf! Wharf!: Matte blue liquid sand
