MAKE UP FOR EVER Launches the Foundation Nation Campaign

18 Sep

Do you have trouble finding the best foundation for your skin? MAKE UP FOR EVER, the Paris-based professional makeup brand, is launching Foundation Nation to help with your most common foundation makeup challenges.

After finding that 73 percent of women said it’s challenging to find the right foundation, MAKE UP FOR EVER decided to host events in all Sephora stores across Canada from September 19th through October 6th to help with their biggest foundation challenges.

What are these challenges? The biggest challenge is finding the right shade. Other challenges are applying foundation as well as using a tool during application.

“We are not surprised that the study identifies shade matching as the biggest foundation concern among women, but as a brand that values education and empowerment, we don’t want to simply offer a one size fits all solution to this challenge,” said JP McCary, General Manager of MAKE UP FOR EVER, The Americas. “MAKE UP FOR EVER is setting out to teach women how to solve all their foundation concerns by choosing the right formula, the right shade, using the right application technique and the right tool, regardless of the brand they choose to buy.”

During the hosted events, MAKE UP FOR EVER professional artists will be available for a complimentary 15 minute foundation lesson to help determine your biggest foundation issue and then show you proper application techniques. The makeup artist will do one-half of your face, then have you do the other half so you can learn how do apply makeup on your own (what a great idea!).
