Vegan-Friendly: My Clarins Skincare

1 Feb

Hi beauties!

If you’ve been looking for a plant-based skincare Line, Clarins has just launched a new collection called My Clarins.

I recently attended a reveal party for this vegan-friendly line, which consists of products that hydrate, balance, and enhance all skin types.

The collection includes Re-boost creams, a Re-charge night mask, a Re-fresh hydrating beauty mist, a Re-move micellar cleansing milk, a Re-move purifying cleansing gel, a Pore-less pore and mattifying scrub, and a Clear-out product that targets imperfections.

My Clarins has been designed with with millennials in mind: those in the age range of 18-29. Although I don’t fall into this demographic, I still can appreciate ethical products that are free from phthalates, parabens, and sulfates.

The majority of the products feature formulas that contain 88% natural ingredients. Key plant ingredients include coconut water and Alpenrose extract, which claims to reduce the impact of pollution on the skin.

Other ingredients are Meadowseed extract which reduces imperfections, moringa extract known for its detoxifying properties, and Strawberry tree extract which reduces pores and shine.

The pink and green packaging has been designed to put recyclability and recycled packaging first, and uses cardboard from sustainably managed forests. ♻️

My Clarins is available on Clarins and Sephora e-shops, and at Clarins retailers.

Thanks to Clarins for a great evening and gift box!

Clarins is NOT cruelty-free. This means that this brand tests on animals or finances animal testing.

My Clarins is a vegan & cruelty-free collection, recently launched by Clarins. There is no animal testing for My Clarins products.

I like that companies are going more vegan and natural when it comes to ingredients, and I like the plain packaging for these. I think my skin has finally settled with what I’m using so I’m not sure I’ll be trying them but it’s great they’re becoming more widely available.
