Clarins Lip Comfort Oil: Blackberry

1 Jun

Hi beauties!

For the last year, I haven’t been wearing too many lip products. With warmer weather and less mask time, lips are back and I’m so ready for it!

Clarins introduced a Lip Comfort Oil collection a few years ago, and they recently sent me a new shade of their lip comfort oil to sample.

The Blackberry (08) shade has a berry scent and a transparent tint of plum. When I first saw the shade, I thought it was going to be super dark but it’s actually a pretty berry shade (it looks like you just ate a grape popsicle).

The lip comfort oil is a fusion of shine and treatment. Not only does it give lips a plumped up mirrored shine, it also provides a nourishing cocktail of plant oils like hazelnut and jojoba.

The curved sponge applicator is designed to glide and follow the contours of the lips so it delivers the right amount of oil to smooth and shine. You can wear the lip oil alone for naturally soft lips, or top it over lipstick for a glossy effect.

Up until June 4th, Clarins is partnering with Shoppers Drug Mart beauty on a campaign called Share the Love to benefit Look Good Feel Better Canada. For every Clarins Lip Comfort Oil sold in one of 850 Shoppers Drug Mart locations across Canada or online, $5 will be donated to help women feel better again.

See you again soon!

That reminds me of a Clinique classic shade of stain, I think, Black Honey. Long time ago..I don’t remember.

Black Honey is gorgeous, too. It’s a bit darker and richer than this Blackberry shade.
